Looking for a unique space to host your next meeting or event? The Air Force Museum Foundation coordinates external usage of facilities within the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force™ complex. We can accommodate groups of various sizes in a wide variety of settings. Traditional options such as auditoriums, boardrooms, learning centers and the Space Gallery Overlook are available. After hours, so too are the stunning Center Stage, Presidential Gallery, and various locations on the exhibit floor, where guests can meet, dine, or mingle surrounded by the most impressive aircraft collection on the planet.

Center Stage

A unique venue for your next dinner, ceremony, or concert, located in the second building, Center Stage lives up to its name with theatrical lighting, large screen, and state of the art Audio Visual support.

Capacity: Dinner-style seating for 500; concert/ceremony seating for 1,200

Presidential Gallery

A first-rate space for corporate gatherings, reunions, or ceremonies, the Presidential Gallery is located in the fourth building.

Capacity: Dinner-style seating for 300; concert/ceremony seating for 600

Touring Reception

Make your event a part of history! The Touring Reception allows you to select the Gallery of your choice for your next reception.

Carney Auditorium

A perfect space for large meetings or demonstrations, the Carney Auditorium is located at the main entrance of the Museum

Centennial Board Room

Located on the second floor above the Museum entrance, the beautiful aviation-themed Centennial Boardroom features a large screen and advanced audio-visual presentation equipment, including live streaming capabilities. There is also a small lounge area with a refrigerator.

Research & Space STEM Learning Node

Air Force Museum Theatre

The Air Force Museum Theatre stage can accommodate live music or performers, as well as podiums, tables, or banners. Includes a six-story giant screen with breathtaking custom surround sound.

Capacity: 400

Connect and collaborate in a quiet space located in the fourth building.

Cold War Gallery Event Space

Located in the third building, the semi-private Cold War Gallery Event Space is situated among arguably some of the most significant aircraft of the era, providing a great backdrop for your next ceremony or luncheon. The space can be set in a variety of configurations to suit your needs.

Learning Center

The Learning Center is located on the second floor above the main entrance to the Museum.

Space Gallery Overlook

Offer your guests an amazing view of the Space Gallery! The Space Gallery Overlook is semi-private, located on the second floor in the fourth building.
